Is there any contract period for subscription to Ordersini?
No, there isn't. You can stop subscribing to Ordersini any time.
Will I be charged automatically every month after subscribing?
No, you will have to pay for your subscription manually every month. We don't have automatic subscription at the moment.
How do I make a payment for my subscription?
You just have to navigate to subscription menu and choose your package. Payment can only be made using online fpx.
How does free package work & when will RM3 charge be imposed?
No charge will be imposed for Business Package but RM3 will be charged for every successful order. This package made it easy for sellers that want to start online business without commitment.
Payment for Starter Package will be made once a week every Friday. Why?
You will be charged RM3 for every order. Every RM3 will be deducted from order amount before the payment transferred to your account. Payment will be made on every Friday.
If Friday happens to be public holiday, will the settlement payment be unsuccesful?
Yes, all setttlement payments will be made by the bank. If the bank is closed, no payment will be made on that week.
Can I change my subscription package whenever needed?
Yes, you can. You can downgrade & upgrade your package any time. No charge will be imposed on any package changing.
If I have stopped using Ordersini for a long time and want to use it back after a few years, will I be charged for re-subscription?
No, you will not. You can re-subscribe any time without any additional charge.
Will my customers' data be lost if my subscription period ends?
No. Customers' data will not be lost after your subscription expired. You only will not have the access to the data. You just have to re-subscribe to download the customers' data.
